Declan's Chinese Dictionary for Windows Mobile and Pocket PC uses the CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary database. Declan's Chinese Dictionary allows flexible searches of the dictionary including using Pinyin (with and without tone numbers).The CEDICT databases are not shipped with Declan's Chinese Dictionary but need to be downloaded and installed manually.

A free demo can be downloaded from the link below. To be able to use the software for more than 15 days and 250 searches, the program needs to be registered.
